We are working on providing complete employee transport solutions with a shared concept strategy. This will enable shared transport solution for employees of multiple corporates working out of a specific IT park /locality. Samarpana works with Public Sector Corporations on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model to deliver the Shared Transport System (STS).

Dileep Satya is a Chartered Accountancy rank holder and he has held senior positions with top investment banks. He has led Business Operations, Program Management, Compliance, Vendor Management and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. He comes with hands-on experience in business consulting, company restructuring and financial modelling.
He is also instrumental in leading lot of industry leadership groups towards Public Private Partnership initiatives. Dileep is also an investor in multiple start-ups and companies ranging from software development to logistics management. He is the recipient of the prestigious "Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam SAMMAN PURASKAR award given by the Global Achievers Foundation for his contribution in the private public partnership initiatives in India.
Anand Sannappa an Electrical Engineer from R. V. College of Engineering has extensive experience in Healthcare IT. He has earlier served as Director of Interface Implementation at eClinicalWorks in the US where he led a team of Project Managers working primarily on complex Interoperability and Integration projects with Health Information Exchanges, Population Health Management, Hospitals, Laboratories and Diagnostic Imaging centers.
Upon his move to eClinicalWorks India, He was on the Board of Directors and led a very large team of inspired employees. He was responsible for setting up the Bangalore office from scratch and building rock solid teams that enabled a healthy Onsite Offshore mix. He was a key decision maker in the growth of the company and played an integral role in strategizing company operations. He has implemented systems and processes to improve efficiency of the teams and reduce project costs.
Anand started his own Boutique Electrical consultancy firm straight out of college. Post that Anand has worked in various capacities in Jurong Consultants and Godrej & Boyce. He has designed and executed large complex turnkey projects. Anand is a keen sports fan and is tennis and cricket enthusiast. He is also a keen follower of current affairs and an avid music lover.
Chakrapani Parthasarathy is part of advisory board at Samarpana Group. He has over 3 decades of management experience in Engineering Industry, Power, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
He has expertise in large corporates in areas such as Business Strategy, Business Processes and Systems, Project Development, Execution, Management, Funding, Business Development, EPC and Contract Management, Human Resources etc. With more than 20 years in Infrastructure (Transportation and Power) and Real Estate, he has created enormous value for large project organizations. He is a great team builder with Sophisticated Management expertise.
Chakrapani has served as CEO / CFO / CXO with Corporates like GMR Group, HCC Infrastructure Ltd., Maytas and Hiranandani group.
He holds an Engineering degree and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Amongst other things, Chakrapani has been instrumental in International / Indian Partner Search and Joint Ventures and has played key role in framing Government policies, Micro level Expertise on Demand Forecasting, Financial Modeling and Analysis, Revenue and Project Cost Estimates.
Suresh Heblikar is a Kannada filmmaker, director and actor. He is also a well-known environmentalist, founding the Eco-Watch NGO in 1998. He has produced many noteworthy movies in Kannada of which Kadina Benki won Best Director national award. His short film "Shepherds on the Move" won the prestigious Osiris Award. Most of his movies depict nature and conservation.
Mr.Suresh Heblikar has shown a great concern and interest in promoting and preserving the environment. He has been working on several environment-related initiatives in Karnataka.
Shivakumar Hosamani is a social activist and the president of the erstwhile BTS Bus Passengers association. He is recognised for his joint initiatives with Bengaluru Municipal Corporation, Pollution control board, Forest Dept and other Government departments. He is a recipient of the prestigious Arya Bhatta award.
Currently, he works on matters pertaining to civic issues and plays an advisory role for many Government departments in framing and implementing policies.
